The firm was founded in early 2000 in Newport Beach, California by Roland Cobalis. The original list of clients consisted of a few small businesses and individuals. With a small amount of clients, the natural tendency toward personal attention and dedication evolved, and is still a very high priority today, even with a larger client base and services.

Over time, the firm found its niche with small businesses and its individual owners. Clients became interested and pleased with our tax planning, specifically how we integrate the business aspect with the long term goals of the individual. Currently, a large portion of our business is comprised of individuals whom we have helped start their own companies. As a direct result, we offer a wide range of services to fulfill the overall needs of our clients.

Being a small local firm, we have become well known in the community for our dedication, personal work ethics, and expertise. Although the firm started in 2000, the founder has resided in Orange County since the mid 1980s. Our roots in the area have enabled us to become acquainted with the business community and many other diverse contacts. Our clients range from construction, retail, wholesale, manufacturing, and other personal services. With a combination of technical skill, local social ties, and dedication to providing satisfaction, our firm is well equipped for providing similar services that of a large firm, but with more personal involvement.
